‘Distance’
Since the beginning of 2020, the world has been in crisis because of Covid 19.
For this interactive project, I invite people from all over the world to take pictures of road signs, warning people to keep their distance. In each city or country the graphic designs have a different look & feel. The message remains just as intrusive.
This project aims to collect all these designs and create a mosaic that connects people from all over the world, regardless of culture, origin or tradition.
While people are physically distant from each other, they are connected through the current situation. They feel closer to each other in a spiritual way, being confronted with a common crisis such as the pandemic. You can find the names of the participants at the bottom of this page.
